My name is Milo Izzinosa. I help leaders, teams and organizations turn complex strategic ambitions into alignment, execution and measurable results.

With more than 28 years of experience across technology, business transformation, organizational change, Agile and leadership — supported by a background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Business Administration — I bring together three perspectives that are too often treated separately: Business. Technology. People.

I start by understanding what you are actually trying to achieve and what is preventing the organization from getting there.

Then we make priorities, dependencies, decision-making and execution visible.
